Return Policy

1 Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, and such requests must be reported to The Scented Journey within 7 days of delivery.

2 To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@thescentedjourney.ca with their order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by The Scented Journey.

4 Approved refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by The Scented Journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

At The Scented Journey, we take care to ensure that all orders are securely packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier in good condition. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen during transit:

1. You must first contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation into your shipment.
2. After initiating a case with the carrier, please notify our team at info@thescentedjourney.ca and provide your order number and details of the claim.

Please note: The Scented Journey is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed Any refund, store credit, or replacement order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Scented Journey
